Account Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your CampZa account and associated personal data at any time. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to privacy@campza.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the phone number registered with your CampZa account.
- We will verify your identity and confirm the deletion within 7 business days.
- Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
Email Us to Delete Account
What Data is Deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account (phone number and login credentials)
- Your user profile (name, role, contact details)
- Messages you have sent within the platform
What Data is Retained
Some data may be retained as required by law or to fulfil contractual obligations with the school:
- Payment transaction records (retained for 7 years per Indian tax regulations)
- Student academic records, which are owned and managed by the school — contact your school administrator for removal of these records
